The Pit Stop Barber Shop

The Pit Stop Barber Shop is located in Cookeville, Tennessee about an hour from Nashville.  Darrin Phillips, the master barber and owner, opened the shop about a month ago and is enjoying the business he could only dream about a year ago. After his long-time employment at a local factory ended, Phillips opened The Pit Stop Barber Shop on Broad Street in Cookeville.  The shop is decorated in racing memorabilia with a checkered flag floor and sketches of current racers and racing legends hung on the wall. 

Race fans who live near Nashville or visit the Nashville area will enjoy a fast hair cut by one of racing's biggest fans.

Rick Elick, Chris Hollenbach, Darrin Kinsey, and Mark Kinsey of Frederick, MD show off their "Race Fan Ingenuity" at Dover International Speedway.  Mark Kinsey created this cooler cart after lugging multiple coolers across the highway during race weekend.
